Job Description
•Strong follow-up on the technical forecasting.
•Follow-up on the operations efficiency and productivity.
•Align with the global WFM teams on a local level to make sure that the DNA of global WFM is in place.
•Contribute in the site budgeting processes.
•Align with the Client/HR and OPS teams in terms of the business requirements (Hiring, Seats & Assets) to make sure that the required resources are allocated in the correct place.
Requirements
•Minimum 5 years experience in the workforce field.
•High technical and Supervision skills are required.
•People oriented.
•Good use of power BI.
•Excellent use of MS Excel.
•Very high analytical skills
•High awareness of payroll processes.
•Good performance management.
