Job Responsibilities:
- Supports agents and team leaders in daily business - coaching, side-by-side listening, starting conversations with sales, setting anchor, objection treatment
- Organize small group workshops to promote exchange among agents.
- Support in the implementation of the monthly sales focus and achievement of the sales goals.
- Introduction and training of Fairpay/ salto
- In cooperation with training, building and maintaining a high level of sales skills to provide the customer with the “WOW” effect regarding satisfaction, problem solving and offers to optimize the customer portfolio. (NPS, FCR, sales)
- Conducting competitions to support the achievement of sales goals
- Proactive communication with the team leader, the agents and the Sales Coach TL regarding all areas of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Report progress and planning to Care2sales Manager
- Constant compliance with all rules and regulations of the account Communications AG with regard to personnel management, rules of conduct and security
