Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate day to day transportations requirements with operations team & handle it with transportation service provider (pick-up locations)
· Ensure the transportation services meet the requirements & the quality standards.
· Check rooms and equipment regularly.
· Following up the cleaning officers, office boys, security.
· Creating the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building
· Provide Support & guidance to Facility team.
· Manage Food and beverage services in cafeterias.
· Coordinate catering for internal events.
· Resolving escalated issues arising from internal teams or external by vendors.
· Make sure that the team keeps company values and follows all policies and procedures.
· Cooperate with the internal departments.
· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
