Overall Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and mechanical systems (pumps, motors, firefighting, plumbing) in the building.
  •  Lead and supervise technicians for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Assist in evaluating the performance of the FM vendor, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
  • Define and implement KPIs and SLAs for HVAC and mechanical systems, monitoring performance for improvement.
  • Manage tickets, escalations and troubles, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation. Coordinate with the FM company and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for reliable system performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement, repairs, and maintenance services. Ensure compliance with agreements and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and implement safety procedures. Conduct audits and provide safety training.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on system performance, metrics, issues, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and oversee energy-saving activities of the FM company to achieve optimum energy use.
  •       Assess vendor performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  •       Keep abreast with all organizational changes.
  •       Ensure understanding & compliance with Majorel vision mission and values and follow regulatory Majorel policies & procedures.
  •       Ensure subordinates comply with the code of conduct and policies. 
  •           Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.​

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or vocational training in HVAC or mechanical systems is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in HVAC and mechanical system maintenance and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning.
  • Proficiency in mechanical systems, such as pumps, motors, plumbing.
  • Good computer skills for system monitoring, documentation, reporting and communication.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
