Responsibilities
• Support in Develop policies and procedures designed to mitigate risk to company assets & information.
• Contribute in assessments, inspections & audits to monitor compliance with physical security protocols and regulations.
• Managing Security budget, which is related to operation inside company Premises.
• Help in Evaluating the Physical Security team's performance & the technical skills to provide necessary guidance accordingly.
• Provides coaching, direction, and leadership support to employees to achieve department and company objectives.
• Monitor surveillance cameras processes & audits and ensure the abidance of the team to them.
• Developing the security plan defining security strategy in design, and development implementation.
• Monitors operational reports trends, variances, issues, and takes appropriate action.
• Review the weekly and monthly reports,
• Auditing the Security CCTV regularly
• Ensures employees adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.
• Managing and overseeing physical security operations concerning access control, lockers, lost & found, security guards, and other related processes.
• Making incident and theft reports, theft analysis report and creating action plans with the concerned parties.
• Ensure that the outsource security companies deliver to the best possible standard and efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day overall security operations of the various security infrastructures.
• Monitoring equipment: viewed surveillance videos and Investigates reports of accidents, and security concerns.
• Conducts physical security surveys and audits works with the team to investigate daily issues.
• Reviews and determines the logical and technical design of building security systems.
• Facilitates repairs and upgrades related to security hardware and software, coordinating internal and external resources and guiding projects to completion.
• Provides solutions for security related concerns, requests, and questions.
• Complying with GDPR from a physical security perspective.
• Managing special events and visits.
• Cooperate with the internal departments & external with the clients.
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, developments, and best practices.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
