Job Responsibilities:

·Assisting the SDM and Operations Manager in developing the operational strategy for long-term business success
·Managing and developing the team leaders.
·Identifying and developing talent within the team through succession planning
·Implementing operational best practices and proactive solutions
·Supporting the introduction of new business for long-term success and revenue generation
·Ensuring operational performance exceeds targets and Key Performance Indicators
·Building a stakeholder mindset among employees
·Managing client relationships effectively
·Overseeing manpower forecasting, planning, and delivery to meet client needs.
·Collaborating with Recruitment and Learning and Development teams on recruitment and training needs
·Providing team support and necessary tools for daily tasks
 

Job Requirements:

Excellent leadership and analysis capabilities
Excellent coaching skills 
Proficiency in use of both Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Data Driven decision making capability
Can clearly communicate direction
Excellent Problem Solving
Excellent Communication Skills
At least 12 months experience as team leader in Doc or Menus LOBs.
Maintaining a 90% team average in contractual and efficiency metrics over the last 9 months
Clean employee disciplinary record
Excellent English language skills
