Job Responsibilities:
•Tracking the daily concessions reports
•Sending the ops weekly insights and remarks on site/LOB levels
•providing Uber stockholders with our recommendation
•Analyzing the MOM/WOW compliance rates on site/LOB levels
•Sending the ops weekly insights and remarks on site/LOB levels
•Health check on resigned and terminated users across Uber account making sure that all of them are disabled
•Random live audits on agents on floor making sure that they are not accessing forbidden websites/apps or using personal Gmail
•Validate random samples of refunding tickets across all LOBs
