Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Agent at Majorel located in Cairo. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering customer support. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
